These houses are situated just 400 metres from the beaches of El Palmar, and within easy driving distance of the historical white village of Vejer, and the many fishing villages dotted along the Costa de la Luz. There are a total of eight properties in total, of which six have 2 bedrooms and two have 3 bedrooms; they are very near to the beach but set back enough to be quiet and ideal for families. In addition there is a 10m x 7m swimming pool with a child’s pool and sunloungers, which is shared by the houses.
This is one of the most beautiful stretches of the Costa de la Luz. The wide sandy beach of El Palmar is dotted with many beach bars and good restaurants, all selling fresh local fish. There are local shops in the area, although a short drive to Vejer de la Frontera will take you to supermarkets and larger shops. The Donana National park is a two hours drive away and well worth a visit. The village of El Rocio is of special interest – usually a quiet town with a few bars and restaurants, it comes alive at the feast of Pentecost with the famous Romeria. This is a religious festival in which millions of pilgrims, many on horseback, gather to sing the praises of the virgin of the white dove. The lake of El Rocio is home to flamingos and other birds, and is surrounded by a walkway, making it a lovely place to spend the day exploring.
The eight houses are similar in layout inside; although each garden varies, all have a parking area and a large lawn surrounding the house with many trees and plants, enclosed with fencing and hedges. Each has sunbeds plus outdoor table, chairs and barbecue for the garden.

642/1 El Palmar – 2 bedroom house. Sleeps 4. The six houses with two bedrooms are identical in layout inside; although each garden varies, all have a parking area and a large lawn (with barbecue) surrounding the house with many trees and plants, enclosed with fencing and hedges. Each has sunbeds plus outdoor table and chairs for the garden.
From the garden you enter from the covered terrace with large tiled table and benches, into the living area which has two sofas, coffee table, open fireplace, satellite TV and CD. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area, and is fully equipped with electric hob and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine; the fitted units are in wood, and the work surfaces are marble. Off the living area are a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower over and WC.
642/2 El Palmar – 3 bedroom house. Sleeps 6. These two houses are the same as those sleeping 4, but the living area is larger, with two sofas and comfortable chairs, and large dining table and chairs; also there is a bigger satellite TV. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. The bathroom is larger with a corner bath with shower over and WC.
