Three kilometres from Ronda, hidden from view, Villa Arancha is set back 200m from the road, facing onto beautiful views. This is a compact family house with large pool, lovely barbecue area and garden. Explore Ronda and the white villages, visit Seville, 11/2 hours drive away, and Granada, 2 hours. The coast and Marbella are 1 hour away.
Details of Accommodation
This is a traditional villa all on one level, with tiled floors and decorated with Ronda furniture. From the beautifully mature garden, you enter from the small conservatory and then into the hallway. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs around the fireplace; it has a satellite TV and a mahogany dining table and chairs. The kitchen is in two sections: the preparation area with twin round sinks, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus modern white units and worksurface; and then the cooking area with gas hob, large freezer, and washing machine.
There is a small double bedroom with a small bathroom alongside with a shower over a small bath, basin and toilet. A door leads through to the other bedrooms: the master double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and one single bedroom again with a second bed stored underneath. These bedrooms share the second bathroom with bath plus shower over, basin, bidet and toilet. The house has central heating. In the grounds is a lovely covered barbecue area with fitted units, extractor and barbecue. Steps lead up to the swimming pool which is 12m x 6m with steps down going from a depth of 1m to 2m.
The mature garden is planted with roses and the land around has olive and almond trees. One of the paths leads to the bodega, a secret room below ground, ideal for a cool drink away from the heat of the day. There is a basketball court and a games room with billiards, ping-pong and darts.
