As you browse or search through our properties, you can at any stage either book or option a property. If you wish to book a property, you will be required to enter your personal booking details and pay a 30% deposit by credit card. Alternatively, you can take an "option" on a property for your holiday dates - this will hold the property for you for 3 days (72 hours). You will be given a unique option reference which will allow you to confirm your booking on-line (or, if you wish, by telephone) at any time within the 3 day period. Over Public or Bank Holidays your option will be automatically extended.
